How we got to cupcake #191 without doing a simple chocolate cupcake with sprinkles is amazing to me! We've had everything from peanut butter and jelly to mango, it just shows the possibilities are pretty much endless! The super dark chocolate is dotted with a rainbow of color, and the background is a pretty chartreuse green that matches my fiestaware perfectly, so don't fiddle for long, or it will be hanging in my kitchen!
