Cupcake #346 **sold**

The only thing better than a cupcake is a cupcake cookie combo! An Oreo nestled in a swirl of frosting has to bring a smile. I'm not sure what the flavor is supposed to be, pistachio, lime, mint? No matter, it looks great with the cantaloupe background! Only 19 cupcakes to go, as this series ends at #365. A full year of cupcakes, whew!

Cupcake #294 **sold**

I love the combination of pale pistachio green and chocolate brown, both in flavor, and the visual sense. Light bounces off the shiny streams of chocolate, I can't decide if it's still liquid, or a crisp layer of cold chocolate. But I am sure the cake has a bit of pistachio crunch. A line of chocolate themed cupcakes would bring a little joy to a living room, look around, where would they fit?

Cupcake #207 **sold**

A pretty cupcake, pink roses top a mound of pistachio green icing. This is one of those cupcakes where the icing is put on with an ice cream scoop, yum! The background is a pale sand color, a nice neutral to surround the complementary pink and green. A gentle way to introduce a little color into a neutral themed kitchen. Cheers!

Cupcake #200 **sold**

200 CUPCAKES! Two hundred! That is a lot of cupcakes, not to mention calories! I had a few paintings to choose from as Scott is trying to get a little ahead of the game, and I chose this one as number 200 because I just think it is simply marvelous. Purple, green and orange make of a very sophisticated secondary color triad, and the lighting in this piece is beautiful. Enjoy!

And if you have a minute to surf, check out Scott's Zazzle site, I've put up a dozen or so new cupcake fridge magnets. They make sweet gifties, will glamorize your fridge, and will add thousands to the resale value of your home...OK, maybe not so much the last one. Here it is: http://www.zazzle.com/scottscupcakes
