Cupcake #343 **sold**

No matter how dreary the Winter, you can always count on Spring. Three little bluebirds are peeking out of their coconut nest. Perfect for a baby, bird lover, or someone who loves a little shot of robin egg blue! Have a great day!

Cupcake #269 **sold**

This cupcake is so blue you can practically hear B.B. King in the background. The chocolate brown/turquoise combo is a favorite of mine and the robin egg blue just makes it sing. Enjoy this little bit of blue, and we'll be back tomorrow.

Cupcake #250

Wow, cupcake #250 kinda crept up on me, no fanfare, no trumpets, it just happened! It is a simple chocolate cupcake, more of a milk chocolate, with a soft creamy brown icing. The background is a delicate robin's egg blue. I love the almost antique looking combination of this blue and brown. Very sophisticated, you could hang this in the most elegant dining room. And I hope you will!

Cupcake #105 **sold**

Oh so sweet! Such a simple little happy thing, I can see this cupcake in a little girl's room, making her smile. The pale yellow icing, robin egg blue background, and pinky peach sugar are all variations of the primary colors. And by using all three, (yes even a sprinkle of sugar counts), makes this a primary triad. A primary triad means all three primary colors are used, and a secondary triad is when all three secondary colors are used, they would be green, purple, and orange. Such a lot of talk for something so simple and pretty, enjoy!

Cupcake #44 **sold**

Mmm, a lemon meringue cupcake, what a great idea! Surrounded by an antique robin's egg blue, this sunny little treat just shines, and would brighten up any room. Remember these are painted on a gallery wrapped canvas, and therefore stand up on their own, hanging is not required. They could sit on a windowsill, or end table, even in the china cabinet! This one is sure to make you smile, enjoy!

Cupcake #35 **sold**

Such a pretty thing! A coconut cupcake on robin's egg blue, this reminds me of all things shabby chic, and of course a blushing bride! Could you imagine trying to paint a white cupcake with white coconut? You'd never see anything but white unless you enhanced the blues in the shadows, and the warm yellows where the light is reflecting...so much color in this 'simple' piece! This brings us to the end of 7 weeks on the daily cupcake! We'll see you Monday morning!
