Scott brought this little number down the studio stairs telling me all about it, "It's an ice cream cupcake, you cut off the top and put a scoop of ice cream inside!" Scott is an ice cream junkie, so I'm sure he was devouring this in his imagination! A little hot fudge on top, and you have pure heaven. The brick red background is a little bit on the neutral side and will look great with other earth tones. Have a great day!
At first glance I thought this was a cream puff on top of the cupcake -- how many calories would that be? Not that ice cream wouldn't do a pretty good job on that also!
