Cupcake #354 **sold**

The first thing I thought of when I saw this cupcake was peeking in a bakery window as a child. I was totally mesmerised by the wedding cakes! An unashamedly girly cupcake, this would make a great baby shower gift. Or would be a great addition to a group, what a beauty!

Cupcake #310 **sold**

Pink, and it's neighbor on the color wheel, peach are the stars of this show. Let me clarify that, red and orange are the neighbors, or the analogous colors, as they sit next to each other on the color wheel. Pink and peach are tints of those colors, made by adding white. Picky, picky, I know! This sweet vanilla cupcake is topped with balls of white chocolate, and pink sprinkles, sure to make someone's day!

Cupcake #283 **sold**

A cupcake for all of you who have already had enough of fall and pumpkin orange and all that! Nothing but blue skies surround today's blueberry topped beauty, piled high with flamingo pink icing. My favorite part of this painting is how the light and shadows play in the folds of the piped icing, delicious!

Cupcake #237 **sold**

A vanilla cupcake topped with a swirl of pink icing. The cherry on top is that crazy artificial red color, the signature of a maraschino! The spring green background is the complementary color to the pink. A little on the yellow side to balance the pink being a touch on the purple side. All that being said, this little number is sure to brighten someone's day! Enjoy, and tell a friend!

Cupcake #222 **sold**

Cupcake #222 is topped with two little strawberry slices. A simply beautiful cupcake, the icing curls around, you can see the shadows in the folds, you may even be able to catch the scent of strawberry if you try! The background is a deep rich chocolate brown. A neutral color that lets the pink shine through. Cupcake postings will be a little random this week, as we are off to another show. But if you follow Scott's Cupcakes on Facebook, I'll give you a little heads up just before we post a new one!

Cupcake #214

What a sweet thing! Pale pink with pink sprinkles, the topper is a fancy sugary doodad. (Way to go Kathrine, they say the nouns are the first to go!) Surrounded by a fresh spring green, this little cupcake longs to be in baby's room! A great shower idea, or perhaps the perfect thing for the grown up little girl in your life! Enjoy!

Cupcake #196 **sold**

Cupcake #196 is pure 50's Florida to me! There's nothing like hot pink and turquoise to take you there. The sliver of yellow cake completes this quirky version of a primary triad, being red, yellow, and blue. I have to admit, this cupcake looks about as natural as a plastic flamingo, right down to the red dye #5 cherry on top! Perhaps we can pull Scott back into the direction of a granola cupcake tomorrow!?

Cupcake #152 **sold**

OK, here we have cupcake #152, such a girlie little thing, I love it! Swirls of icing make a bouquet of pink roses. Sitting in a fancy pink cup and surrounded by a taupe background, it is as sweet as it can be! This was scanned on a different scanner than usual, the shiny surface reflects more than I like, but you get the idea!
