The first thing that I thought about when I saw this cupcake was how it held all the colors of a sunset! Yellows, and oranges even that dusky purple that happens right at the end. That, and the fact that the icing is piled so high there is no way to eat it without icing getting on your nose! Always a good thing! Enjoy!

In color theory terms, this would be considered a "high value" cupcake. Meaning that all the colors are light, or pale in terms of value scale that runs from light to dark. It is also close to being monochromatic, everything being a variation of yellow, yellow green surrounded by an almost pure yellow. But all that aside, the pile of yellow roses is simply beautiful!
