Cupcake #213 **sold**

Looks like Christmas in July to me! If you are one of those super organized people, this may be the time to snatch up a Christmas cupcake to swap out for another in December. Or you may just be a big fan of peppermint, white chocolate, or the beautiful rich burgundy red that surrounds this gorgeous cupcake. Have a great day!

Cupcake #180 **sold**

Here's one for all the chocoholics out there, you know who you are! A simple vanilla cupcake to begin with, with a beautiful swirling mound of deep dark chocolate, finished with just the right amount of rainbow sprinkles. The background is a neutral taupe. This little number will play very well in a group, as the little flecks of color will help it work with more colorful pieces. Yet it is also so neutral it gives the eye a rest between the more intense colors. Enjoy!

Cupcake #171 **sold**

I love magenta, fuchsia, or hot pink, and this little cupcake has lots of it! Red currants top this little number, although I'm pretty sure you wouldn't eat them raw, they do provide plenty of color punch. If it weren't for the little sliver of cake that shows, this would be a monochromatic painting. That is one color plus shades or tints made with black and white. But that touch of yellow, just helps it shine! Cheers!

Cupcake #158 **sold**

Well, let's hear it for the red, white, and blue! Luscious blueberries, whipped cream, and a fire engine red background, this little cupcake has it all. And it's not even the 4th of July! Enjoy! I have to send Scott up the studio stairs to get something fresh ready for tomorrow!

Cupcake #150 **sold**

In contrast to the blue cupcake, this one is surrounded by blue's complimentary color, orange! This is a lovely warm colored piece, even though I teased Scott that the sprinkles look like Lucky Charms! But really all those scattered colors will make this piece work with a variety of colors, pair it with a red, or blue, it will all work. And the background is the color of pumpkin, or sweet potatoes, or the paint on my Dad's '54 Chevy! Enjoy!

Cupcake #144

You just can't go wrong with chocolate and strawberry! Showing off in it's fancy little cup, and piled high with fudge icing with a topping of strawberry jam, this one makes my mouth water! Surrounded by a peach background that reminds me of sherbet, this little cupcake would be a great addition to any collection. Enjoy, and we'll see you tomorrow with two more!

Cupcake #137 **sold**

There is just something magical about the combination of fudge and banana, top it with whipped cream and you are one step closer to heaven. This mouth watering confection is sitting on a cheery yellow polka dot background. Can you see the pale wash of purple grey Scott used to give the banana slices a little texture around the edges? That touch of yellow's compliment gives them a little more life than plain grey. Enjoy, and we'll see you tomorrow!
