In honor of Memorial day, today's cupcake is dressed up in red, white, and blue! Fresh blueberries and raspberries are ready just for the occasion. We hope you are enjoying the day with your family. And we'll see you tomorrow!
So this is the deal everyone! We will be posting a new cupcake painting Monday through Friday. Each of these sweet little babies is 5" square. They are painted in acrylic on a canvas that wraps around the stretcher bar and is 1 1/4" deep. The sides are painted black so they don't have to be framed. (But you can if you really want.) Each painting is signed by Scott on the back. The paintings sell for $125 each, this includes priority shipping via USPS to your address. If you are a local patron we would be happy to personally deliver it! Sales are all first come, first serve, and each piece is an original. So, if you see one you really really want don't fiddle! Email me (Kathrine) at email@example.com Tell me the name of the cupcake you want, your mailing address, and a phone number where you can be reached. We accept checks, Visa, Mastercard or Discover, or we can bill you through Paypal. Whichever is most comfortable for you, and we'll work out the details. That's it, easy, right?
These little paintings are so nifty they'll work just about anywhere, kitchen, dining room, a child's bedroom, even your bedroom, talk about sweet dreams! Maybe not the dentist's office, but who knows!
I have two blogs which I try to tend to regularly, Dresspaintings, and (Elle)ements. The dresspaintings are "the big girls" multi paneled mixed media paintings, and the (Elle)ements are little elements of the big pieces. 4" square canvases containing fragments and bits of stories from "the big girls." I hope you enjoy them all!
R. Scott Coleman is a signature member of both the Southern Watercolor Society, and the Georgia Watercolor Society. He has been a professional artist for almost 40 years, with works in numerous public and private collections in the US, Canada, and beyond. This is Scott's first series in acrylics, and I think they've turned out pretty darned cool! If you'd like more info on Scott, check out our web site at www.thespringgallery.com
